Hi there, I moved over here about last November and slowly discovered a bit of a salsa scene here. I'm 28, uh, 5'10ish and was wondering if there were any other salsa addicts living out in Manchester (or gads! even as far away as Liverpool!). Also, I was wondering if anyone can share their experience for popping over to Amsterdam for a salsa weekend? What was that like? lemme know! kev

Hi Kev! Ive been over to Amsterdam a few times for salsa, the scene is pretty kicking out there! If you try google "salsa in amsterdam", it will come up with all the major salsa clubs in the dam. Las Pachanga on a thursday is pretty good, Panormo on a friday is ok too. Happy hunting! Ciao! Mel C

A lot of the good Manchester dancers go as do quite a few out of towners, i.e. Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield, etc. Next night is this Friday(10th). check out the seriously salsa web site, www.seriouslysalsa.com Dave

Hi Kev... You asked for Liverpool Salsa addicts so thought I would say Hello!!! My friends and I are up in Manchester to dance most weekends - altho Salsa in Liverpool is great during the week, weekends prove very difficult to get a venue here*. Thus we dance either @ La Tasca or @ Copa's... Where have you been going to dance?
