BEGIN QUOTE  Most Salsa dancers that this site is aimed at are into the "club" style of dancing, where they don't worry about taking exams (and most don't want to enter competitions either). So, you probably won't get too much joy with the clubs listed here (although there are some "club" teachers with UKA or ISTD qualifications).  END QUOTE  Salsa's all about HAVING FUN and the reason we dance Salsa and not ballroom is because we don't want to be stiffled by all those rules. Salsa is always changing and evolving. Freezing it like the ISTD or UKA want to do is missing the point entirely. It's like a butterfly collector. The reason butterflies are so beautiful is because of the way they move and the way they act. Sticking a pin through one so it never moves again destroys what's beautiful about it in the very act of trying to capture it. dG
