True, but I have seen women intentionally moving out of a lead when they didn't want to dance with the guy. Sometimes it is because the guy is genuinely awful and uncomfortable to dance with, sometimes just at a significantly lower level and the girl is up her self. Though those girls don't normally agree to the dance in the first place.
